“Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we will ever do.”
― Brene Brown
As an Indo-Caribbean woman and co-parent, my life is woven with cultural, social, and community-based experiences that keep me connected to people in meaningful ways. These roots shape how I show up as a therapist—with openness, curiosity, and a deep respect for every story that unfolds in our work together.
I see therapy as a collaborative process built on trust and authenticity. My role is to support you—wherever you are in your life—whether you’re navigating challenges, exploring new possibilities, or seeking clarity and healing.
My core values of respect, collaboration, open-mindedness, and integrity guide the way I hold space for others. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable, supported, and inspired as we move through this journey together.
It’s a privilege to work with people from all walks of life, and I see every connection as part of my own learning and growth. I’m deeply committed to creating a safe, positive, and affirming space for all—regardless of race, sexuality, socio-economic status, ability, religion, culture, or ethnicity.
