At Manifest Counselling we work from a client centred approach that combines eclectic techniques from various modalities that match clients’ personalities and lifestyles.

Some modalities that inform our work include: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Strengths based approaches, Feminist approaches, Solution-Focused approaches, Expressive Arts, Play, and Mindfulness Based therapies.

We provide both in-person and online counselling options.

Monthly Packages

  • These are monthly packages that you pay one fee for, the services are used within the month time frame.
  • Payment is upfront before the services commence.
  • Employee Insurance Benefits are applicable/receipts for insurance can be provided.

FLEX the time segments and schedule them with me in ways that work for you!
(e.g. maybe you want to have a longer 50 min FT session and only a 10 min phone session instead OR weekly 20 min. phone sessions and no FT/Skype etc.)
